May 10–16 is Medical Fitness Week. During this week, we begin the MOVE150 program which focuses on getting participants moving, regardless of their abilities. We encourage members to reach 150 minutes of activity throughout Medical Fitness Week.
Equipment at the facility
Choose your way to train with our selection of workout equipment at the facility. To reach your 150 minutes train for 30 minutes, 5 days per week on the fitness floor.
Exercise Programs
Check out our latest group exercise schedule for classes ranging from low-intensity to High Intensity Interval Training.
Personal Training
If you don’t know where to start in your fitness journey we have fitness specialists who are here to help. They will provide you with guidance, encouragement and motivation to reach your fitness goal.
Home and Outdoor Workouts
Take a walk or bike ride around your neighborhood. You can also take a hike or run at your local park. In your home you can dance to your favorite music, invest in a standing desk for remote work or even do light exercise while watching your favorite tv show.
Start moving this week to support your health and fitness. Remember, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends 150 minutes of physical activity per week. We’re here to help you in any way that we can.
