Stretching class includes familiar athletic stretches, and has an emphasis on deep breaths, long holds and settling into position to ensure the full lengthening of muscles and loosing of joints to assist in relaxation. Best to attend post workout.
Open Pickleball: Games are played to 11 and won by 2. If more than 12 players are present, non-winning players must rotate out after 2 games maximum to let others play.
Open Basketball: Games will be played to 11 points. Games are won by 2 with a 15-point cap. Teams may play up to 2 consecutive wins, then must allow the next 2 teams to play. Full court will be utilized.
